Darum wird der Tee mit kaltem Prosecco statt mir hei\u00dfem Wasser zubereitet. In einer ersten Phase wird der Tee mit hei\u00dfem Wasser anger\u00fchrt und dann wie dicker Tee (Koicha) glatt geknetet bis keine Klumpen mehr da sind. Dann mit Prosecco auff\u00fcllen und vorsichtig schlagen.
